What happens when I submit a ticket?
After a ticket is submitted the systems puts the ticket into a queue, agents monitor this queue and assign work based on workload and availability.
You will receive email communications for every step of the process. You can also check the status of your ticket at any time by visiting the web portal.
Once the ticket is completed you will receive and email with an opportunity to provide feedback. Please take the time to respond as this is very important information to us and we would love to hear about your experience!
