What does my ticket status mean?
We have 6 different ticket statuses in the system.
Open = New ticket / Being Processed
Pending = Awaiting your reply (Waiting for user reply)
Pending - Tech Action = Pending action by agent/technician
Pending - 3rd Party = Pending action by 3rd party outside of EDLINK18 control
Resolved = The ticket has been resolved, awaiting confirmation before ticket is closed
Closed = The ticket has been closed / completed
