How do I submit or respond to tickets? (Kermit ISD)

There are multiple ways to submit or respond to tickets.

You can simply send an email to techhelp@kermistisd.org and a ticket will be created for you.

You can reply via email to any ticket notifications you receive to update that ticket.

You can also visit https://techhelp.kermitisd.org in any modern browser to submit tickets, view your tickets, update tickets, etc.

There is also a mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices
