How do I submit or respond to tickets? (Compass Academy Charter)
There are multiple ways to submit or respond to tickets.
You can simply send an email to helpdesk@mycacs.org and a ticket will be created for you.
You can reply via email to any ticket notifications you receive to update that ticket.
You can also visit https://help.mycacs.org in any modern browser to submit tickets, view your tickets, update tickets, etc.
There is also a mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices
