PXE Enabling on HP Systems for Server's prior to 2012

As 2008 domain's do not have UEFI PXE booting available as an option, please follow the below steps in disabling SecureBoot / enabling Legacy boot for new HP workstations as they get purchased. Once we're able to upgrade the DCs to 2012 and above, we'll be able to enable a feature on the WDS server that supports PXE over UEFI and will resolve these issues on new devices.
