Dropbox Usage
In order to comply with data security guidelines, Dropbox will no longer be installed or supported. Since the Service Center does not have a company Dropbox account, we cannot secure or protect the data.
For data security and classification purposes, we cannot support Dropbox or any other cloud based storage besides Google Drive associated with an ESC18/TxCEE account, or OneDrive setup thru an ESC18/TxCEE O365 account.
Existing ESC18/TxCEE data currently stored in personal Dropbox accounts should be temporarily downloaded to either an external hard drive, flash drive, or other storage media using the user's personal computer, then uploaded to one of the cloud based storage options mentioned above using an ESC18 owned computer.
