Jive Web or desktop app (GoToConnect) - Using to make/receive calls, manage settings, and view reports
Jive (now GoToConnect) provides a web portal and a desktop app to make/receive calls, manage settings, and view reports.
To get started, go to https://my.jive.com or open the desktop app (if it's installed).
Log in using your Google login.

(If using on a laptop or Chromebook as a softphone (software phone) for making and receiving calls, choose <ext #> on Softphone using the dropdown shown in the above image.)
From the home screen you will be able to see your favorite contacts, conversations, and jump to any of the other tabs on the left.
To make a call click the phone icon.
You can dial or number or click the person icon to use the contacts list to make calls.
You can also send or receive text messages using your work phone number.
Click the message bubble in the left side navigation to get started.
Through the web portal you also have access to your voicemail.
Click the tape icon to view any messages.
To view the directory and your contacts click the phone book icon.
To view recent activity, click on the history icon.
To change any settings, click the gear icon in the bottom right corner.
Change your audio setting (Speaker and Micrphone)
Change voicemail setting.
Change your Find me follow me settings.
