MDBR Service - What is the process for false positives?

The MDBR Service is provided by MS-ISAC and Akamai. This service is included as part of your EDLINK18 Membership.

Please report any false positives you identify to operationssupport@cisecurity.org. Their SOC will either handle the issue directly or escalate the issue to Akamai for assistance, if needed.
