PrintAnyWay (PAW) - Favorites
A document sent to the PAW printer can be saved as a Favorite to be recalled and printed again without having to resend it from your computer to the printer.
Documents added to Favorites are only available to you and can only be removed by you or a PAW admin.
Here are a couple of situations where using Favorites could be helpful:
- Signs which are printed often
- e.g. "Zoom in progress", "Recording in progress", etc.
- Print jobs with a high number of copies
- easily split the job between multiple printers, or even multiple days
- print only a portion of the number of copies at a time, reducing wear and tear on the printer
